You build a relation ship with the site and it builds a relations ship with your customers. It’s a complete circle, and it does not have to be just business. As you share your companies story on social sites your customers will learn more about your company, products, and or services. They will get to know you and develop trust. Once that happens you build brand loyalty, and that is power, so use that power for good, not just to sell them junk.

FaceBook is bigger than Google, twitter has a growth rate of 1,300% and seemed to spring up overnight, it is truly awe-inspiring.
